Earlier in the week Laura had a friend from Germany join us
and we made some veggie curry with Jessica. And of course we had our usual Wednesday
night dinner with Laura, Jessica, Jiří, with special guests Marta and Dominika. We
made a cauliflower and egg dish with potatoes, and homemade French crepes with
bananas and Nutella for desert.
This past week was Carnaval in the South of the Netherlands and in Germany. Carnaval in the Netherlands seems to be just a time in which everyone dresses up in costumes and drinks and parties a lot, oh and there are also parades (which sadly I had to miss because of my train trip to Germany).
